A Literary Review of the law about Hospice Palliative Care and the Life-Sustaining Treatment Decision System for Patients in the Dying Process

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to enhance the clarity and understanding possibility of the expressions in the law with suggestion of the modification and supplementation through examination of the law, In doing so, some terms required to re-establish the concept were found when reviewing the legal provisions and terminology from the literal perspective. The some media report that it is called `well-dying act` or `death with dignity act` without verification of the effects on the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis of the contents or enforcement of the act when it is legislated. Thus, it is expected that those who are not exposed to additional information nor directly associated with the act have incorrect or excessive expectations.
